If you have marked off all 15 numbers on your card in either ONE of the two grids for the game in play, you must telephone the claim line on 0330 058 6491 (local rate) the day after your last number appeared to make a Full House.

 

You will be asked to leave your name, address, security number and the last number you marked off to complete your full house.

 

You MUST call between 10am and 12 midday. Regrettably claims will not be accepted outside of these times. Friday and Saturday's claims must be made on the following Monday between the same times.
